Important things for ur final exam...(CME1, DME1, DMH1)

What To Do?
-Check examination time table
- Time/ date / venue
- Morning: 9 am
- Afternoon: 2 pm
- Double confirm with friends


Authorisation Slip

- Collect the authorisation slip before the examination
- Check the particular is correct (name, ID, IC, subjects)
- Keep it in the proper place (BUT not too protected)
- No notes or formula on the slip
- Must bring along while sitting for the examination


Others thing to bring

- ID card
- Calculator
- Stationery (pen, pencil, ruler, correction pen)
- No pencil casing is allowed


Time of examination

- Be there at least 15 minutes earlier
- Very sick – 24 hours in advanced
- Late/ accident


Enter Into The Examination Venue

- Wait for whistle/ instruction before enter
- Allow to enter 10 minutes before exam
- Take all the stuff needed and leave your bag outside the exam room
- Show your authorisation slip
- Not allow to enter the examination room 30 minutes after the commencement of the examination
- Not allow to leave 30 minutes before the end of the examination


Thing NOT Allowed

-Books, document, picture
- Any unauthorised material
- Pencil case or transparent bag
- Food
- Any electronic communication device – handphone, pager
- If NOT, exam result will be ‘void’


In The Examination Hall

-When signal for stop writing is given, MUST stop answering
- Tie up your answer book(s)
- Remain at your seat
- Responsibilities of student to hand in their answer book to the invigilator
- Can not leave the exam venue until you are told to do so


Others

-Very sick – need to seat in quarantine room
- Apply 24 hours in advance
- Very sick – need special consideration – write in to examination division
- Cheating and disobeying invigilator -> disciplinary board
-> expel
- Forget/ loss ID card
- Forget/ loss authorisation slip
